About Greco Pizza
In 1977 the first Greco Pizza Restaurant opened in Moncton, New Brunswick featuring a delicious line of pizzas and a new product called the "donair". The donair is spiced beef garnished with onions, tomatoes and sweet sauce served on pita bread. Customers loved this new exciting taste and today are one of Atlantic Canada’s treasures.
In 1981, Grinner’s Food Systems Limited in Truro Nova Scotia acquired Greco Pizza. Since then, the Greco Pizza concept has been refined into one of the strongest concepts in the industry. Today Greco Pizza is the number one pizza delivery chain in Atlantic Canada expanding into Ontario and Quebec.

Guy Soucy
President
Mr. Soucy has over 33 years experience in the industry. Beginning as an employee in a Moncton, New Brunswick KFC restaurant, Guy progressed within a few years to become General Manager of that franchisee’s 28 stores in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. When the Canadian KFC franchise systems was acquired by Pepsico and the local franchisee was also acquired by the national company, Guy moved on to play key managerial roles in that rapidly growing business. With Pepsico and its successor company YUM Canada Inc., Guy’s responsibilities included leadership roles in product development in Canada and the United States, national purchasing for YUM and its brands KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, as well as direct managerial positions including responsibility for the systems 99 operating restaurants in Eastern Canada. Recently, Guy has taken what started as a small internal service to provide point of purchase materials and direct mail guidance to the regional operators and developed it into a major business that provides point of purchase requirements and direct mail requirements nationally for KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut as well as Xem Satellite Radio and other businesses. Guy understands operating and growing successful restaurant businesses and understands and is committed to building successful franchisor/franchisee relations.
Bernie DeCoste
Vice President - Operations
Mr. DeCoste brings to our firm a strong background from working in a management capacity at McDonald's Restaurants. His areas of operating expertise include purchasing, training and strategic planning. Mr. DeCoste has been with Grinner's since 1981.
Guy Gallant
Vice President - Business Development
Guy has been in the foodservice industry since 1984 and with Grinner's since 1989. Guy is fluently bilingual and has opened, designed or upgraded over 90% of all Greco restaurants.
Rick Mullin
New Concepts Manager
Mr. Mullin has worked in the food service industry for over 20 years, joining Grinner's in 1988. As well as working with the full-scale franchises, he is currently involved in the development, setup and services for the over 40 Greco Xpress locations. Born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick, he currently resides in Riverview with his wife and four daughters.
